Booking and Payment

All tour bookings are subject to availability. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email. Payment details and methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full tour price.

Tour Conduct

We ask all guests to treat our guides, the communities we visit, and fellow travellers with respect. Our guides reserve the right to end a tour if conduct is deemed inappropriate or disrespectful.

Safety and Liability

All tours are conducted in licensed, insured vehicles by experienced, licensed drivers. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Black Cab Tours Belfast cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring during the tour.

Weather

Tours operate in all weather conditions. In the event of extreme weather that may affect safety, we will contact you to rearrange your tour at no additional cost.

Photography

Photographs taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let your guide know at the start of your tour.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
